1. In general are you pleased with Fletcher Hartsell ?  2. Which issues are important to you that needs to be addressed in this 2008 election?  3. Do you believe every Cabarrus County taxpayer should have access to quality healthcare?  4. Do you believe Fletcher Hartsell has joined forces with the rich developers for personal gain?  5. Do you believe this Quick-take bill started by Fletcher Hartsell will destroy home ownership in Cabarrus County?    6. Do you believe David Murdock stole the retirement money from the mill workers?  7. Did Murdock come back to town to return the mill workers retirement money of rape Kannapolis again?  8. Would you believe the $1,000.00 David Murdock gave Fletcher Hartsell was part of the Research Plan?  9. Should Cabarrus County law enforcement charge the Mexican government for housing " illegal " or Home Land Security for the Federal Government failing to do their job?  10.  Cabarrus County is being penalized by the Federal Government by not addressing the massive numbers of " illegal's " that have entered out County. What should we do to correct this issues?  11. If elected I plan on providing legal recourse for restitution against any North Carolina employer who displaces a Carolina citizen with an illegal. Do you agree?   12.  Do you think when any citizen is displaced and suffers a financial loss from an illegal act replacing them with an illegal immigrant should be reimbursed by the employer who broke the law and victimized the employee ?   13.  Do you feel Fletcher Hartsell as state senator has his hands into many businesses in Cabarrus County ?   14.   Fletcher has proposed several bills to securing tax payers funds for the campus. Has he been bought by campaign donations from the developers ?  YES or NO    15.  Many fear this Quick-take bill Fletcher Hartsell proposed is a political way to grab up undeveloped farm land so the developers can make a larger profit. What are your feelings on this encroachment on landowners rights?   16.  Some say Fishertown is cheap land that venture capitalists can make a huge return on their money with the Quick-take bill Fletcher Hartsell has proposed and close enough to the campus for foreign workers from India to live that are to be employed at the Research Campus. Where will the residents of old Fishertown live when the Quick-take bill invades their community ?  17.  How fast will the water and sewer lines come to Fishertown when all the residents are forced out ?  18.  It is said that Fletcher Hartsell is too powerful and too rich, with to many rich developer friends to be voted out of office, so what is your feelings on this ?   19.  A wise man in Odell said " It seems particularly strange to me that a legislator whould go out of their way to make legislation for the benefit of one individual", in this case Mr. Keith Wayne. Do you feel that the campaign contributions to Fletcher Hartsell campaign from Mr. Keith Wayne is more important than the whole Odell community ?  20.  Conflict of interest is on so many Odell's residents minds when Senator Fletcher Hartsell served as Mr. Keith Wayne attorney at September commissioners meeting and not representing the voters of Odell that elected him into office. Mr. Keith Wayne gave Fletcher Hartsell money to represent him as an attorney, Mr. Keith Wayne gave Fletcher Hartsell campaign money. Why would anyone in the Odell area give Fletcher a vote on election day if he is to turn his back on the whole Odell community?
